How it works

1

Book a discovery call

A free 45-minute discovery call to understand your situation and see if I can help.

2

Discuss your needs

We'll talk through what you're facing and figure out the best way to support you.

3

Get started

Whether it's a single session or ongoing support, we'll agree on a plan and get moving.

What to expect on your discovery call

The discovery call is free, with no pressure and no commitment. Here's what will happen.

1

You share your situation

Tell me about your diagnosis, where you're at in your journey, and what's been weighing on you. I'll listen without judgement.

2

We identify what's needed

Together we'll figure out where you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, whether that's understanding your options, coordinating care, or simply feeling heard.

3

I'll outline how I can help

If I think I can add value, I'll suggest next steps. If I'm not the right fit, I'll point you in the right direction. Either way, you'll leave with more clarity than you came in with.

Frequently asked questions

No. I am a patient advocate and navigator, not a medical professional. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical opinions. My role is to help you feel informed and empowered in conversations with your healthcare team, not to replace them.

Not at all. While my personal experience is with a rare bone tumour, the challenges of navigating the medical system are universal. I work with anyone dealing with a complex or overwhelming medical situation, regardless of the condition.

The initial 45-minute discovery call is completely free. After that, single ad hoc sessions start from $100. For ongoing support, I offer monthly retainers with fees depending on the level of involvement, as well as time-based project engagements that can run for a month or several months during key periods of your journey. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation on the discovery call.

I've lived it. Since my GCTB diagnosis in 2021, I've navigated surgery, recurrence, limb salvage, and ongoing treatment across multiple specialists and states. I also work actively in rare disease research and advocacy with organisations including Rare Voices Australia, Rare Diseases NSW, and the UNSW Precision Care Initiative. I bring the perspective of someone who has been through the system and learned how to make it work.

That's entirely up to you. If we agree there's a good fit, I'll suggest a service tier and we'll move forward at your pace. Some people need a single consult, others benefit from ongoing coordination. There's no obligation after the discovery call.
