Navigating the medical system alone is overwhelming, especially with a rare or complex condition. I offer practical support based on real experience to help you feel informed, prepared, and less alone.
You don't need to have a rare disease to benefit from patient navigation. These services are for anyone who feels overwhelmed, unsure, or under-supported in their medical journey.
Newly diagnosed, facing treatment decisions, or managing an ongoing complex condition across multiple specialists.
Supporting a loved one through a complex medical journey and needing guidance on how to advocate effectively.
Dealing with a condition where the research is limited, the specialists are few, and the path forward is unclear.
A medical journey has many stages. I provide support at the moments that matter most.
Understanding what you're facing and what it means
Weighing treatment options and knowing what to ask
Finding the right specialist and validating your plan
Coordinating care across specialists and staying on track
Long-term management, monitoring, and advocacy

Ongoing concierge-style navigation support for people managing complex, multi-specialist care over time.
A free 45-minute discovery call to understand your situation and see if I can help.
We'll talk through what you're facing and figure out the best way to support you.
Whether it's a single session or ongoing support, we'll agree on a plan and get moving.
The discovery call is free, with no pressure and no commitment. Here's what will happen.
Tell me about your diagnosis, where you're at in your journey, and what's been weighing on you. I'll listen without judgement.
Together we'll figure out where you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, whether that's understanding your options, coordinating care, or simply feeling heard.
If I think I can add value, I'll suggest next steps. If I'm not the right fit, I'll point you in the right direction. Either way, you'll leave with more clarity than you came in with.
No. I am a patient advocate and navigator, not a medical professional. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical opinions. My role is to help you feel informed and empowered in conversations with your healthcare team, not to replace them.
Not at all. While my personal experience is with a rare bone tumour, the challenges of navigating the medical system are universal. I work with anyone dealing with a complex or overwhelming medical situation, regardless of the condition.
The initial 45-minute discovery call is completely free. After that, single ad hoc sessions start from $100. For ongoing support, I offer monthly retainers with fees depending on the level of involvement, as well as time-based project engagements that can run for a month or several months during key periods of your journey. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation on the discovery call.
I've lived it. Since my GCTB diagnosis in 2021, I've navigated surgery, recurrence, limb salvage, and ongoing treatment across multiple specialists and states. I also work actively in rare disease research and advocacy with organisations including Rare Voices Australia, Rare Diseases NSW, and the UNSW Precision Care Initiative. I bring the perspective of someone who has been through the system and learned how to make it work.
That's entirely up to you. If we agree there's a good fit, I'll suggest a service tier and we'll move forward at your pace. Some people need a single consult, others benefit from ongoing coordination. There's no obligation after the discovery call.
Invited to present "The Decisions That Define Us" at the Randwick Health Translation Hub (UNSW), hosted by Rare Diseases NSW and the Precision Care Initiative.
Active partnerships with Rare Voices Australia, Rare Diseases NSW, Omico, the UNSW Precision Care Initiative, and specialist clinical teams.
Contributing real-world patient data on denosumab tapering and working toward a pilot research program for novel GCTB treatment approaches.
